I'm going to make this island a small town (As you can see I marked a few small plots already)
I will be providing free power (that cost me over 50,000$) to the entire town. There are a few rules however.
The rules are you gotta be trust worthy (So you won't destroy the unclaimed portions of town such as the roads.)
You gotta keep lag as low as you can so that everyone may enjoy the town.
And lastly please try not to create ugly buildings/structures.
